This package helps individuals to rise above their current situations, discover their genuine purpose and happiness, and achieve career goals that once appeared unattainable. It encompasses an 8-week coaching program with 8 impactful sessions, a pre-coaching questionnaire, and assessments, and provides guidance, accountability, constructive criticism, and support. Collaborative sessions may include the examination of new or existing assessments, SWOT analysis, and additional resources. Payment Terms: To support your commitment and ensure your coaching journey begins with clarity and ease, you may choose either full payment upfront or a 50% deposit at enrollment. This flexible option is available for the Career Advancement, Leadership Development, Public Speaking Growth six‑session package, or the Transformative Career Exploration eight-week package. The remaining balance is due before Session 2, allowing you to step confidently into this experience with a grounded sense of readiness and momentum. Exceptions: The Spark – Step Into You (3 sessions) and The Shift Career Mentoring Package are payable in full at enrollment. Cancellation Policy: Because this work requires dedication from both of us, no refunds are issued after the first session has taken place. This policy honors the time, preparation, and energetic investment that goes into your coaching experience. Rescheduling window — e.g., 24–48 hours' notice required. No‑show clause — Session is forfeited if the client doesn’t attend.
